Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Bulk and classroom orders may require additional preparation time, which we will communicate at the time of order.

2. Delivery Areas & Timelines

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Major cities: 2–4 business days.
• Remote and northern areas (including Gilgit-Baltistan): 4–8 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or shared during your consultation, based on order size and delivery location. Bulk and school orders may qualify for free or discounted shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow its progress.

5. Service & Support

• Onboarding sessions and teacher guides are provided with classroom bundles.
• WhatsApp-based technical support for setup, wiring, and coding questions.
• Replacement parts are available for purchase, and free where covered by our return policy.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or delivery fails, please contact us at contact@beeneural.com and we will work with the courier to resolve it promptly.
