1. Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are available for BotixLabs robotics kits and accessories.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components included.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
- The item is not part of a custom or bulk classroom order, which are non-returnable once production has started.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement of the affected components or the full kit at no extra cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect wiring, or accidental damage after delivery.
- Consumable or used components (for example, soldered parts).
- Digital learning materials and downloadable resources.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item).
